
The Town
The Town is built around the Church and its square, overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena, a large natural bay, where it was built the marina. It's stretches along the seafront and is connected to the turistic areas of La Conia and Tanca Manna. It's an important tourist complex, built on an ancient fishing village. Its oldest part is characterized by buildings that reflect the traditional architecture of Gallura.
The Church of San Giovanni Battista
Located in the square,It's dated back 70's and was built on a former chapel dating back to 1930. Inspired by the typical architecture of Gallura, has a facade in granite blocks, with portico, on whose side rises the bell tower.
Turistic Port
It's built into the natural bay on which stands the town. It is composed several piers , harbor of yachts and sailboats. From here many tourist boats for trips in the archipelago of La Maddalena. In front there are shops, bars and restaurants.
Tanca Manna
It's a tourist complex, behind the beach. Home to shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.
Curiosity
In the seafront between the Square and the Port, in summer, every night is set up a little market with local produce and crafts.

Cannigione Points of Interest
Seafront of La Conia
It's the road that connects the center of Cannigione with the seaside of La Conia. Overlooking beaches and coves, there are green spaces, including a lawn and a pine forest, with tables and benches for picnic. The waterfront is crossed by a bicycle path and its sidewalks are used to jog.
La Conia is a tourist resorts and beaches area. It's a cluster of villas, apartments and hotels built in the seafront. There are many restaurants and bars in front of the beaches.
Panoramic Point of Monti Matteu
Behind the town Inhabited rises Monte Matteu, a promontory from which you can have a complete view that ranges from the plain of Arzachena to the archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. To the east gaze reaches the promontory of Capo Figari and the massif of Tavolara.

Pond of Saloni
In the bottom of the Gulf of Arzachena, branches off the mouth of the two rivers Rio Petra Longa and the Rio Impitratu, which constitute the wetland called Saloni. Its ponds emerge several islands covered with dense vegetation and ever changing because of alluvial rivers. Lot of different animal and plant species take refuge there. Along its banks is used to take long walks on horseback.

In the pond of Saloni make stops pink flamingos.

Curiosity
Every year on June 24 It's celebrate the patron Saint with a procession to the sea. From the port to the little island in front of La Conia, where is a statue of San Giovanni Battista, lot of boats leave flowers to the Saints. After that start festivities with food music and dance.
